Im losing my f'in mind. Im on my second flash drive and for whatever reason the atvusb program will not write the firmware to my flash drive. It goes to write the recovery folder, about halfway through and freezes or maybe Im not giving it enough time.

Shouldnt the file transfer to the flash be the easiest part?!!!!

I did all the process, used atvcreator to create my patchstick... pretty simple... But, when I plug the usb and replug the apple TV, nothing happens. The apple shows up, and then the regular Apple TV menu... is it because my Apple TV version is 2.3 ?

I am SOOOOOO DESPERATE ! Who can help me please ? Thank you !

Very helpful video. However, after I updated and went back to start Boxee, I got the "flash" on the screen then expected a login page as you described, but got noting but black screen with nowhere to go. Any suggestions?
Thanks
