if you can’t wait then there is a way for you to get your hands on an invite before next Monday. just find someone who has already registered with boxee (each registered user can invite several friends, so they can share what they are watching and listening to).

since this is based off of xbmc for the xbox.. would it be so hard to make a xbox version too.. i mean people still use their xbox as their media center..

@all – i am following the blog, and will from time to time invite random requests, but generally, please signup for the alpha at our web site, http://www.boxee.tv/index2.php to get invites, or find a friend with boxee, and ask him to invite you.
@adi2 – what sort of problems? note that downloads are only honored by boxee users. if someone sent you a download link, that would not work.
