gimme coffee
i realize that this is a start-up related blog, but most of what i write about are flights and coffee. i think that when i will look back on this period it will be much of what i remember: tight legroom and high dosage of caffeine (not always good).
moving to the new SoHo office sent us on a quest for the best coffee shop in the area. luckily we found it rather quickly. it is gimme coffee on Mott between Spring and Prince.
they are local (Ithaca, NY), organic, farmer friendly, etc. all the good stuff. i also buy their coffee and make it at home.

they are also paying premium above fair trade rates, and work with the farmers to give back to the local communities.
I went to school in Ithaca, and it’s lovely up there, nice clean air. I’m sure the coffee is great.
