Have a 2y/o and a 3week old. working for a "large" company, but on a team of 5 and we're basically a "start-up". after coding til 6am, it's hard to come home change diapers, feed the baby, comfort the wife, etc and be back by 9-10am. wife doesn't quite understand :) good luck! let me know if you ever found out a good schedule/routine haha, seriously.
